<p class="MsoNormal"> Can anyone recommend an attorney to advise on establishing residency status for purposes of paying in-state college tuition? Young adult student is living with grandparents who are long-term residents of Washington. Clients
have asked if they can become guardian of grandchild, which does not seem appropriate for a competent grandchild over the age of 18. Grandparents are willing to be financially responsible for grandchild, but I am unsure how to provide documentation of this
