to sell a single-family residence. </div>

<div dir="ltr">To my understanding, Oregon requires a full probate like Washington effectively does. No simplified procedure to authorize a foreign PR to convey a single parcel of real estate like Idaho has.<span></span></div>

<div>Very difficult, if not impossible, to say. A firm with high hourly rates and multiple people assigned to the estate would be expensive, while an attorney with a very good paralegal would be inexpensive. And whether the estate is relatively straightforward
is in the eye of the beholder. Estates that are initially described as simple one-asset estates are usually not.</div>
