A married couple would like to set up a trust for the benefit of their minor child upon their death. They have a list of trustees (family members) in mind, which will be named in order; yet, they'd like to have non-acting trustees to audit/review the disbursements
made by the acting trustee on a regular basis. It sounds to me like an idea of trust protector, and I wonder if anyone has insights for a matter like this. Would be grateful to know what considerations should be accounted for and if there's any secondary resources
that you would recommend. </div>
