directions to the PR is good put the better approach, in my humble opinion, is to put those rights into an RLT and have the person they want be in control after death be successor Trustee. This would also be beneficial for estate closing if those rights somehow
expand over time to be dealt with – the proverbial 2 cents </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI Emoji",sans-serif">😉</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
