<p class="MsoNormal">RCW 11.96A.210 is your answer. A TEDRA agreement is nonjudicial and doesn't derogate from any other proceeding. I have filed plenty of TEDRA agreements in probate cases when all heirs agree to disburse the estate in a manner that conflicts
with intestate law or the decedent's will. <o:p></o:p></p>
