<div>It is my understanding that people can use more than one name freely, without legally changing their name, as long as they are not trying to do it fraudulently. I have a client who used one name in his personal life, and a totally different name in his
professional life. I suggest any documents refer to both names, just to avoid any confusion.</div>

home as Mary S. Smith (which was never her legal name.)</p>
