Trustee of the S.S.B. Revocable Trust. Client’s financial advisor now tells her to use, as her name, S.S.B.W. Do you see a need to add this 4<sup>th</sup> name to anything? How often do you use “f.k.a.” or “a.k.a.” in Wills/Trusts, even POA’s with clients
