Atty in office said DMV now requires a $2 form K from the Superior Ct to change Title - and, Court will not email it out like it does the Letters but requires an in-person pickup. </div>

To this day, every client I have had just took the Death Cert and a copy of the Will and their ID to local DMV and changed title. Can anyone else verify that DMV is requiring a K form and if yes, any ideas on how to get Court to email or mail it? </div>
