<p class="MsoNormal">What you proposed with a collection account will work but while the time is ripe get all of these beneficiaries to sign a fulfillment deed so when the contract is paid off you have one and then I assume the PR will sign an assignment of
the contract to the heirs at this time. Try and set up a “True Escrow” so that if one of the beneficiaries dies before contract is paid off you don’t have to get that deceased beneficiary’s heirs to sign off on the contract.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">A probate estate is ready to close with the only asset to distribute is a real estate contract in which the buyers have until 2030 to payoff. They are making monthly payments. The six equal beneficiaries under the Will, are friends of
the decedent, no children or other blood relative. Not having done this before, I assume the PR opens a collection account with a bank/title company with instructions to disburse the funds every 3, 6 or whenever, to the beneficiaries. Have any of you done
