<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">I know you already received a response but I just wanted to add that I would think the transferring bank would require an order given it’s a blocked account with them.
It seems, even with transfers that shouldn’t need a court order for a transfer, financial institutions look for one at just about every turn. Can be so frustrating.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
