I am snowed under and don’t recall the client at the moment, but I filed to that post office and revealed that to the court. If anyone would like me to share that later in the week, just let me know – I’m out Tues/Wed – hearing Friday.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">I then tell the court in my petition, I have engaged an investigator but believe that the person is homeless with no permanent address.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The court usually takes me at my word and appoints with no actual notice to the person and with the promise to continue to look for them.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
