<p class="MsoNormal">If you know where the child is living on the street, you might be able to have a PI track them down through a homeless shelter or other nonprofit that works with the local homeless. We had a case where a PI contacted several such agencies
in the city where the child was living (we were fortunate to know that much), and one of the shelters was able to put us in touch with our heir.<o:p></o:p></p>
