<p class="MsoNormal">I recently converted from ForeTrust to Adapt and I wish I had not. There are a lot of kinks and issues. I have not found support responsive to fixing the issues either. The assembly of the documents is very buggy and I find I spend a
lot of time going through the assembled document changing references or numbering that are off. Support will respond quickly, but then things are not fixed or they say it is because you can't cut and paste into the software. Some of the same grammatical
issues that were in Foretrust are still in Adapt. I wonder how often the documents are actually updated. I think you get what you pay for with Adapt. I am looking at other options because it is wasting my time to have to correct sloppy issues/mistakes in
the assembled documents. I would be happy to discuss further off-line if anyone has questions.<o:p></o:p></p>

I believe it is possible to name a minor (or minors) as beneficiary of a<br>
TODD. Do you name the custodian in the deed? How have you handled the fact<br>
that the "minor" might not be a minor at the date of the grantor's death?<br>
