<p class="MsoNormal">Does anyone know a way around opening a probate to obtain an order for a deceased person’s next of kin to obtain records from that person’s Icloud and Google accounts? There was no power of attorney in effect before the person’s death,
and the Decedent was an adult. For various reasons, they don’t want to open a probate.<u></u><u></u></p>
