<p class="MsoNormal">Do you have a copy of the Will? I’ve gotten a copy admitted without witness signatures. The burden rebutting the presumption that the Will wasn’t revoked. Also, if the Will distributes all to the surviving spouse directly, it’s easier to
do a intestate probate. <o:p></o:p></p>
