Hi Roger, My reading is that you would use 11.76 which requires Petition for Distribution  and published notice for 20 days etc  Just hoping that as there is only one Judgement creditor who will take it all and the only heirs are the PRs  - they could stipulate
 and just close it - now using the Pet for distribution but waiving the hearing and publication. Mike</div>
