<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">I know I am older and stuck in my ways but I use to be able to call the IRS, fax in my 2848 and Letter of Testamentary or Admin and be able to get tax information and even transcripts sent to me. I keep just
getting the message that there are too many calls so try my call later.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">I went online and signed up for ID.me and uploaded the 2848 with Letters of Admin but can’t figure out how to order on line – every time I try to it says I must sign in but when I sign in there is no place
for me to accept – do I have to have eservice and ID.me?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
