<p class="MsoNormal">I strongly second Heather’s suggestion. Most probate lawyers know that the PR will have to provide accounting information eventually because the beneficiaries have a statutory right to a full accounting. So calling and asking to talk about
the PR’s plans on how to complete distributions will often get a lot of cooperation from the lawyer, because transparency prevents pointless litigation.<o:p></o:p></p>
