by her middle and last name. When she invested $$ in this IRA she used her Middle and Last Name. Surviving Spouse is the beneficiary. KeyBank asked for a copy of her Social Security card because the death certificate has first middle and last name (which
would match the death certificate). No social security card exists and social security won’t issue a new one to a dead person. Bank insists on a copy of a social security card I guess so that they can see all 3 names of decedent, notwithstanding they have
a death certificate and letters testamentary, each of which has all 3 names.<o:p></o:p></span></a></p>
