Very interesting. I started with the position that Geoff asseted, but had the feeling about the couple’s actions, that Eric was pointing out. I read the cited case about the written separation agreement, and all the other documentation, and realized the facts I am dealing with are not close to that situation. I also contemplated the “be nice” to son and share, but received negative feedback.
