The mother had a revocable living trust that contained most if not all of her assets. A pour over will exists but probate should not be necessary. At this point, the trust controls the disposition of mother’s assets. Client is asking what should be the next steps to wind up mother’s affairs. I am hopeful for some guidance. Can someone point me to a resource that I can review to assist the client with this matter? Maybe a checklist?
