<p class="MsoNormal">The lease expired and the tenant is on a month to month. Landlord wants to raise rent 600 bucks a month on a residential home. I'm unaware of any provisions that prohibit this but I'm checkng.i appreciate any suggestions<o:p></o:p></p>
