<p class="MsoNormal">If you have only two trustees serving, and the trust is silent on whether they can act without the consent of the other, does the law require them to act jointly? A review of RCW 11.98.016 does not address this. It does provide methods,
such as notice to other trustees before taking an action, etc. but no where does it speak to whether 2 trustees are required to act jointly.<o:p></o:p></p>
