<p class="MsoNormal">The minor conservatorship should be paid from the minor’s share. You can note a Petition for Instruction in the Probate if you want an Order confirming that. In the past, I have had executors advance the funds to the PGAL with agreement
of the PGAL that it would be charged against minor’s share. Or just have the person Petitioning for Conservatorship advance the fees and address that in the Conservatorship order.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Estate is left to several beneficiaries, two of whom are minors. For several reasons, a minor custodianship is the best option for the estate proceeds going to the minors. Is this an expenses that gets paid by the estate or an expenses
taken only from the minor’s share of the estate?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The fees for a PGAL come out of the whole estate, and the only reason a minor custodianship is needed is to hold the proceeds from the probate.
