 by a deed of trust.  The bank that made the loan haven’t been paid off upon the date of death so why should interest charges stop?

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">That said, I get the fact that you guys may be getting away with rejecting post-death interest because a bank would decide to walk away than sue for a little interest money. 

 So, is the only basis for rejecting post-death interest because it is a small amount and not get challenged?  What about the fiduciary duty to pay all legitimate claims?
