<p class="MsoNormal">I don’t think it is an error. The bank is allowed to report the missed payment to the authorized user’s credit report. See this article about removing yourself as an authorized user, and thus automatically having the negative remarks “vanish”
from credit report. Sounds a bit farfetched, but NerdWallet has usually been spot on for these types of issues.

with the bureau is required before filing suit under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, should that become necessary. There are independent obligations for both the bureaus and furnishers. I believe most of the bureaus have online portals to dispute. Hopefully
