<p class="MsoNormal">I have a probate client who is the only heir in the will and under intestacy. The will was not prepared by an attorney and there is no Affidavit. The signatures of the witnesses cannot be read and the son (client) has no idea who they might
be. Should I just file for intestate probate and attach the Will as an exhibit, or try to get the will admitted without identifying the witnesses?<o:p></o:p></p>
