<p class="MsoNormal">Civil--I think a replevin action under Oregon law, probably in the county where the truck is. I don’t know if Oregon has an equivalent statute to Ch. 7.64 RCW, but I assume they would.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Criminal--Also could file a theft complaint with the police in Washington, and maybe also in Oregon? Not that that would get the truck back necessarily. Might just get it impounded as evidence.<o:p></o:p></p>
