has now married the caregiver and asks if he needs to change his DPOA and his HCDPOA. He nominated her before and he wants to continue to use her. Did I need to redo his docs (and change the signature date) just because he married her? Easy to do with text
processing but question the need. Does it make any difference if she changed her name by taking his last name? Thanks.
