<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Just last week, transferred a home through a Deed of PR......I had to submit a copy of the Letters with the REETA (which is not recorded) providing that it was a tax-exempt transfer through probate....but
the only thing actually recorded by the County was the Deed of PR. So, as of last week, I can advise that this is NOT (yet) a statewide requirement. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
