Currently, the well serves 3 properties, family members own each of the properties. The parties are looking to upgrade their well such that it can serve additional properties. (I believe that this will then be a Group B well). They are currently working with their local jurisdiction to do this. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">My question relates to the operation of the well. My sense is that the three owners will want to form an LLC to govern their operations and interactions with each other. The will need an operating agreement to do this. Has anyone done this work with a well system before? Are there any particular items that should be considered relative to an LLC that owns a well? Any examples or guidance that is easily accessible?
