<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">I would just add that during COVID, there seems to have been a time where the probates were actually dismissed for want of prosecution (or something like that). I had two and had to ask that the dismissal
be vacated, the probate be reopened and letters reissued. I did pay the $240.00 in those cases.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Two related real property parcels were transferred with ineffective deeds by two PRs in related cases in the same Washington county nearly 20 years ago. Both PRs are alive
and cooperative, as are all the related parties. RCW 11.76.247 and .250 seem to provide the same superior court ample authority to request issuance of new letters testamentary. I think we could “make up” the petition, honestly, but maybe we’d miss something
others have thought of!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
