<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">Husband and Wife died within about 6 weeks of each other – both had Wills with potential surviving spouse trusts for Medicaid planning, otherwise, outright to spouse. Remainder beneficiaries in each Will
is the same (a charity). I am trying to decide what options I may have and any thoughts are appreciated.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
