For those interested in bringing Ch. 11.54 Petitions, I wanted to share the updated median home prices for 2021 published by the Washington Center for Real Estate Research. As you know, RCW 11.54.020 sets the basic amount of the award as a cross-reference to
RCW 6.13.030, which references the data from the Washington Center. King County is now $838,300.
