The situs is Idaho and the trust contains no provision for transferring the situs to another state. PC now lives in Washington, and trust investments are managed in Washington. There is no real property in the trust. Some of the remainder beneficiaries are in Idaho. PC has questions about interpretation of the trust, so I am hoping to find a probate and trust attorney who is licensed in both Washington and Idaho who could advise.
