H died in 2019 and an atty filed a probate with his wife as PR (even though H&W had a CPA). Nothing done in probate. </div>

Since CPA, heirs in W's probate are same for both - I am thinking that a Stipulated Voluntary Dismissal with him and heirs to signing would do it. Any other ideas? </div>
