<p class="MsoNormal">My client is a PR in an Estate where there was no will. The mother passed away. She did not set up a Special Needs Trust for her son before she passed away. The PR needs to set up a Special Needs Trust for the son (his brother) so he
can deposit the son’s inheritance from the mother into the Special Needs Trust. His brother is disabled and is of age.
