It seems I only draft wills proving for nonintervention powers. I recently took a look at my form and reviewed a laundry list of powers provided for the PR in my form. I compared it to the Nonintervention powers at 11.68.090 and those
of a trustee under 11.98 which are incorporated into 11.68.090. I found that my laundry list wasn’t adding anything except a provision that allowed the PR to hold nonproductive assets if received as a part of the estate. Are there any powers that others
of you routinely try to add to the statutory provisions or limitations on the duties of a PR that you try to add in your wills? Allen
