So, I took a pen out of my purse and crossed off the word maintenance in the title and handed it back. I turned out that decedent owned one half of the parcels and a testamentary trust of a now deceased spouse owned the other half. So on the one deed I entitled it “PR Deed and Trustee’s Deed”. Got a call back that instead of the $205.50 I sent; auditor needed another $205.50 because it was entitled with both labels.
