He’s single, the house is vacant, and DSHS put a TEFRA lien on it. I’m trying to help him preserve his home, as he hopes to someday return. My Qs:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

payments” and not countable if done by someone not legally responsible for him, per WAC 182-512-0800(1)?<o:p></o:p></span></li></ol>
