Hey Nicholas, I am not sure what you mean by the conditional words "if a true restatement". The trust says it is a complete restatement of the original TRUST dated July 1, 2005<br>
and it replaces and supersedes all of the 2005 provisions and amendments thereto. What do you think? </div>

If it is a true restatement, then the name of the trust is unchanged, so there is no need for a new deed. The trust would still be referred to as “Smith Family RLT dated Jan 1, 2005” even if it was restated in 2015.</p>
