<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">I have a client I need to refer to someone to help with an old (1990) deed of trust. In 1990, my client and her late husband bought a piece of property in Skagit County under a
real estate contract. The contract was paid off, but the deed of trust was never reconveyed. The problem is that two of the three sellers (husband and wife. Their son was the third seller) passed away about 15 years ago. I found the son, and he’s happy
to sign whatever is necessary to reconvey the deed of trust, but I don’t know what to do about the parents.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">My client is in the process of refinancing the property and needs to remove the deed of trust so that she can get financing.<o:p></o:p></p>
