<p class="MsoNormal">I need to take the deposition of a witness who lives on the north end of Marysville, about 30 minutes’ drive from the Everett courthouse; about 5 miles north of the Tulalip casino and outlet mall off I-5. For various reasons, including
medical conditions that make it difficult for her to travel, I’m trying to accommodate her as much as possible and take the deposition in an office close to where she lives. Does anyone know of an office for rent that might be close by, or a colleague who
might be willing to have me, my client, the court reporter, and the witness there for a depo?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I should mention that the deponent is not vaccinated, because she can’t be due to her ongoing medical treatment. She is tested weekly for Covid however. I and my client are vaccinated and I assume the court reporter will be as well.<o:p></o:p></p>
