<p class="MsoNormal">I have had this demand made upon me many, many times when I have been appointed as the Successor PR in family litigation. I generally decline and ask the lawyers to do the dirty work.<o:p></o:p></p>

to the litigious beneficiary. Then, as the expenses of litigation are paid, guess whose share bears the burden? Of course, this does not work in all situations, but when it does work, it is a joy to behold.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
