Franklin County in about and he left his half to a testamentary

<DIV><FONT size=4>We will be recording a combined PR deed and trustee’s deed in
Franklin County.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>I have copies of everything filed in H’s Franklin County
probate and no death certificate was filed.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>Will Franklin County require a certified death certificate for
the recording of the testamentary trustee’s distribution deed (which is also a
PR deed of distribution of SS). We have SS’s cert. death certificate, but
can’t locate H’s.</FONT></DIV>
