<p class="MsoNormal">Could someoe please confirm for me that in the above senario, it is not the case that upon the death of the first spouse, that the surviivng spouse now holds the property as tenants in common with the TODD beneficiaries, but rather that
upon the death of the first spouse, the surviving spouse becomes the only property owner, and it is not until then the surviving spouse dies that the property is transferred to the beneficiaries of the TODD?
