heirs of parents’ estates, they are going to need a GAL appointed to represent their interests in the estate. I represent nominated Personal Representative and Trustee in the Will.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Fortunately, I have not had exactly this situation in my practice, certainly not since our new “court visitor” and UGA went into effect. Is there some way to streamline this so that there are not separate
