Nephew made all payments, but home is in decedent’s name. </font><span style="font-size: large;" class="">Decedent signed a 2006 Codicil to clarify that she does not have any monetary interest in the home, and bequeaths any interest to nephew.</span></div><div class=""><font size="4" class=""><br class=""></font></div><div class=""><font size="4" class="">Decedent drafted new Will in 2007 and leaves her entire estate to her two children. </font></div><div class=""><font size="4" class=""><br class=""></font></div><div class=""><font size="4" class="">Decedent did same thing for daughter in Arizona, allowing daughter the benefit of her credit to purchase a home in Arizona where daughter made payments.</font></div><div class=""><font size="4" class=""><br class=""></font></div><div class=""><font size="4" class="">At this point, everyone is in agreement that Spokane house goes to nephew and Arizona house goes to daughter.</font></div><div class=""><font size="4" class=""><br class=""></font></div><div class=""><font size="4" class="">What insight might you have for the best way to transfer these assets to the proper recipients?</font></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><br class=""><div class="">
