<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">PC/Son just discovered niece (“PR”) had probated PC’s mother’s Will a couple of years ago and kept everything for herself (still owns and lives in an estate residence).
No attorney of record and court administratively closed probate. Doesn’t appear that notice of the probate was formally sent to any family members. In Skagit County so looking for someone, maybe in Mt. Vernon? I imagine it will take someone to petition
to re-open the probate, remove the existing PR, and then try to bring assets back into the estate. Any takers?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
