<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This past Friday was the FIRST TIME - I had my submission rejected because I did not upload a Death Certificate. Maybe I have lucked out - maybe Judge Shaffer has never had my materials before
- I don't know - but I wanted to just put myself out there as a warning to others. Upload a death certificate and just unclick the "E-File Me" button to avoid wasting $30. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
